These drawings, ‘Anatomical Fabric, Scribble…,’ were created referencing sheer fabric from life. During the process of drawing, I instinctively chose moments to look away from the pile of fabric and allow moments were I “close in” the organic form. This creates harder edges, allowing the flowy fabric to not appear as a hardened object, versus something that moves in the wind.
The back of the wood panel cradle has a tooth hanger installed, ready for display.
